Concerns about a College
All concerns about a college will be brought to the attention of the Lead Inspector for the next inspection. However, ISI cannot become involved in individual complaints or disputes. If you'd like to raise a concern about a college, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students with concerns about a college may also contact the Skills Funding Agency which gives information about making a complaint against private education providers.

Students and staff may also indicate any concerns in their responses to a confidential questionnaire which is distributed before the inspection. Inspectors will take account of any comments, follow them up during the inspection and report on any significant issues. Individual respondents are not identified or discussed with the college, and inspectors will not become involved in individual disputes.
